All orders ship from our facility within 1-3 business days. We use plain, secure packaging with no identifying marks on the exterior. International shipping is available to most countries; transit times vary by destination. Tracking numbers are provided once your order is dispatched.

Buyer is responsible for compliance with all import regulations in their jurisdiction.

Due to the research nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items. Unopened, unused product may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with batch quality, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We collect only the information necessary to process and ship your order: name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.

All payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment providers (WooPayments, Coinbase Commerce, NOWPayments). We retain order records for tax and compliance purposes only.
